Tofu scramble secret ingredient
So I read somewhere that this is the secret ingredient for a great egg flavor to your tofu scramble and it has more than lived up! Include some nutritional yeast and turmeric for a fantastic cheesy scramble totally plant based!

False advertisement
I ordered black mustard seeds, as described and shown on Amazon. I received brown mustard seeds instead. After contacting the selling, a replacement bottle was shipped to me. But it was still brown mustard seeds. I contacted the seller again, and the seller stated "label has been changed between these two products in error but the product is actually black mustard seeds". But both bottles were labelled brown and looked brown. It's very frustrating and completely waste of time and money.

Fresh & delicious dried lemongrass
We are fans of Asian-Hawaiian recipes that contain lemongrass, and while living in the northeast we can never obtain fresh lemongrass, we have always used the dried form (with the consistency of say, dried thyme) in cooking with great results. Lately however it is nearly impossible to find the dried lemongrass variety as the powder form seems more popular. Luckily found this Pride of India brand which is fresh and delicious dried lemongrass, my only complaint is that it came in a plastic pouch as opposed to a spice jar, so I had to transfer the contents to a stay fresh glass jar. Lovely scented dried lemongrass herb, highly recommend

It's Mostly Black Salt
It's mostly black salt and doesn't taste like Chat Masala. Make your own at home, these positive reviews are fake, real chat masala tastes delicious and has several different spices blended into the mix, WITH black salt. This product is literally 70% black salt with fillers. Will not buy again and I don't recommend.

Excellent "egg" flavor!
For the negative reviews that state it smells...they obviously were unaware of what they were ordering. This is not black table salt. This salt is ground quite nicely and is loaded with sulfur, hence the pungent boiled egg smell, which it is supposed to have. Yes, it stinks as do boiled eggs. It disappears rather quickly. Being ground finely lets it blend in beautifully into cold salads without grit. This salt lends a wonderful egg flavor, as well as salt, to any dish. I made vegan 'egg/chicken' salad today using chic peas, vegan mayo, mustard, minced celery, pepper and this salt. This black salt definitely gave it a flavor of boiled eggs! My husband is a meat eater but gladly tries my experiments. After he tried it I told him about the black salt lending the egg flavor. He was surprised and impressed and said he was trying to figure out where the egg flavor came from! I take that as a glowing endorsement! My recommendation is to use it sparingly as you can always add more. The only reason I gave it 4 stars under 'value' is you can order a larger quantity cheaper per ounce, but the refillable glass spice jar it is in is a plus. Highly recommend!

Very flavorful salt
This salt is different, but is so very good. It has a strong egg/sulpher taste that is beyond perfect for potato salad and thousand island dressing, or any dish calling for boiled or chopped eggs.

Delicious Chat Masala
This was needed for a delicious chicken dish. I have garam masala but apparently this is slightly different. The flavor was very good and the product came quickly and was well packaged.

Weird salt... smells like f @ rt....
Weird weird product, smells like f@rt (sulphur), every time I open the cap my husband would say ‘have you f@rted egg’?!Not sure it’s supposed to smell like this? I must admit the taste is okay if you can stomach trying to eat something that smells like stinky rotten eggs...

Too Mild
This has a very slight gingeriness, but lacks 'spice' and heat, almost as though it's been sitting in a factory for too long. Maybe it's just too mild for my taste.
