I was struggling to find a kid friendly fiber supplement that wasn’t a gummy. Gummy vitamins are terrible for their teeth. This one is great for kids and adults. My son loves them so much he looks forward to his vitamins. They’re the chalky texture you’d expect but with a good flavor. They work well and they’re a good price. Will continue to purchase these.

I like these. They do not taste bad and really work to deliver fiber as stated. The fiber keeps you regular. I take only two tablets a day. I like the convenience of these as well. No measuring no mixing. Can use these on the go.

The chewable tablets are undeniably the most convenient form of fiber, much more so than spooning something into a drink. But the flavor was a turn-off. Of course they taste artificial and somewhat chalky, that was expected, but they're really REALLY too sweet. I made it through the whole bottle, but will not order again.I also tried the fiber gummies, which are not as bad (not good, mind you, just better than these tablets). In the future, I will probably do a combination of the gummies and the little individual powder packages, which are truly tasteless.

Dr. Suggested these for after surgery. Work great and will continue using! Taste great and not chalky at all.
