An iconic shirt made with quality.
Love this shirt! I was pulled in by the iconic design but found out quick that these shirts are both cool and comfortable great for summer weather. One thing to consider however is that these shirts are rayon and will require some extra care if you want to keep them properly maintained! We're talking handwashing with gentle detergents and line drying.

Aloha Shirt at its best.....
Having been to Hawaii (5) five times I know quite a bit about Aloha Shirts. If in Hawaii and Honolulu you can go to *Duke's International Market (*DIM) and or go to the outer most of the market where there are tent kiosks that have a nice collection of Aloha Shirts. The tent kiosks are less expensive than the regular market. *DIM is right across the street from the best restaurant for breakfast and dinner in Honolulu namely Duke's Outrigger which is inside the Outrigger Hotel reservations required and recommended the day before. There are "old style color patterns" and "new style color patterns" shirts. Many Aloha shirts are not made in Hawaii and although they are not bad shirts, they do shrink if you wash them so I recommend and do dry clean all my Aloha shirts. The regular part of the market's prices of Aloha Shirts are more expensive then the kiosks. Either will allow you to barter of their prices within reason. However, if you want a genuine made in Hawaii Aloha shirt it has to say made in Hawaii on the label. This is where the *Paradise Jungle Bird Red Tom Selleck Magnum PI Tropical Aloha Shirt (* PJB) comes in to have the real thing. The genuine made in Hawaii shirts are going to be 2-3x more expensive than the other versions of shirts and yes you could buy A *PBJ in Hawaii in DIM for the same price as Paradise Found, however, with Paradise Found you don't pay the $4,000 for airfare, hotel, and food (recommend Marriott Waikiki Beach Spa and Resort in Honolulu for the hotel if you go there). The quality of the *PJB shirt is superior in every way from the cloth, pattern, sewing and seams to the bamboo buttons. The fitting was perfect for me 3X at 6'3" and 280 lbs and I wear the shirt either with a long sleeve or short sleeve "light weight" non pocket high quality T shirt that matches the *PJB shirt colors. I am football linebacker size with really big shoulders. On the other hand if you are smaller in frame you probably should get a shirt one size below in the X range because the *PJB is full cut. If you are slim and trim like Magnum you can where the shirt tucked in without a T shirt underneath. Either way the *PJB shirt is great and you will love it. I wear all my Aloha shirts to church during the summer because of the heat. They are very cool and you can where them anywhere including dinner out Christmas Santa Claus Hawaiian Shirtduring the warmer months on the Mainland US. If you can't travel to Hawaii go to Amazon.com and let a little of Hawaii come to you. Get some Magnum PI or Hawaii50 DVDs, popcorn and beverage wear your shirt and enjoy. Hope this helps in your decisions.Mahalo!Aloha.Blessings,Phil

Great shirt. But used to be made of thicker material back in early 2000s
Size:- I got size small. I am 5feet 5, but of a more athletic/fit build for my height.- The shirt fit really well.-Medium is my usual size, but that would have been too big.- Pros:- Really nice shirt, it had that distinct iconic print from the Magnum P.I show.- Fits really nice, I could wear it for the whole year, it is that nice to look at.- Goes well with tanned skin types people.- Cons:- The shirt does wrinkle, came wrinkled, I had to put it in the dryer to remove the wrinkles, but now it is all good.- Biggest issue. Way back in the 2000s, I was given the same shirt, by my brother from USA. The material used back then was thicker, more sturdy, something seems to have changed now. The material is thinner than before. That rugged all purpose material of the old shirt seems to have disappeared.- Hence the 4 stars out of 5Verdict:- Some one stole my old rugged shirt from the same company (Paradise Found) with this same iconic print.- This is the second best option I could get, of the same shirt, from the same company, but with a more thinner material than what they used back in the early 2000s for making these shirts.

The Quality is worth the price!
This is my second Paradise Found Shirt and I love it so much I just ordered a third. I love wearing these aloha type shirts and over the years I have bought a half dozen less expensive brands. After one or two seasons of wearing them they all started to feel and look cheap and I ended up donating them to Goodwill. I bought my first Paradise Found shirt 10+ years and it has maintained it's color, shape and sizing, and after many washings it has an almost new look to it. out in public places I have received many compliments about it and have been asked where I bought it. That never happened with any of my other aloha shirts. Last week when I decided to update my aloha shirts I decided that this time I would spend the extra money on the better quality Paradise Found shirts and I am so very happy that I did. The first time I wore it was yesterday and I received 3 unsolicited compliments about it. It's just a very comfortable rich looking shirt that has very good eye appeal. Normally I wear XL T-Shirts because I like them a little loose, but for this shirt I ordered size Large and it fits extremely well. In my case and XL in this shirt would have been very baggy for me. I can't recommend the Paradise Brand any more than this, if you are looking to add an aloha type shirt to your wardrobe, you would be better buying one of these instead of two or three of the less expensive brands.
