I purchased these for the amount of different vitamins in them-- most multi-vitamins have way too much of some vitamins and not enough of others. This seemed fairly balanced for my needs although I only have 1/2 of one per day. The taste is a bit weird but not a bad taste so perfect for vitamins-- they are not candy.

My daughter is not great at taking vitamins daily but she loves these! She says she loves the taste and is tempted to eat more that the daily requirement because they are so delicious! She says she feels better when she is taking them!

Once, in a blue moon, you will come upon something that really works. These vitamins are superb. Did a little experiment I was on these vitamins for a month I felt good. My nails were growing in well. My skin was better and then I went back to centrum within two weeks, it all fell apart back on these vitamins and I’m back to feeling and looking better. They are awesome. Good luck always feel good.

I hate swallowing pills so I tried this multivitamin. It tastes great while getting the vitamins I need for optimal health.

The most absolute nasty vitamin chew or gummy vitamin that has ever crossed my lips. If only I could return these awful things for a refund!
