It contains bioavailable magnesium glycinate and malate, with amino acids, B vitamins and selected minerals. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to normal nervous system function, to energy metabolism and to electrolyte balance. Mega Mag Muscleze features magnesium in the forms of glycinate and malate, which are bioavailable, gentle forms of this mineral. Taurine, glutamine, creatine and carnitine are amino acids found in muscle tissue. Vitamins B1, B3, B6 and B12 all contribute to energy metabolism and nervous system function.

Missing product
I'm happy with the product as I have used it for some time however I ordered and paid for two units and only one was delivered - it would be good if the other one could follow
