I was expecting loose tea, but it's a beautiful fragrant tea and a clear sachet. I love it! So much nicer than a teabag of powder.

Flavorful
Thos is good tea. I drink it before bed which helps with sleep. This is my second purchase. The box was a little beaten up put the tea packets were fine. I highly recommend this tea.

Great flavor, poor packaging
Tea tastes great. However, out of one box, I had TWO empty packets with NO tea bag. Not sure I'll ne ordering again.
