Multi-B supplements are a necessity for me, especially B12 because I don’t eat meat, and don’t consume as much fish as I’d like. B supplements tend to have a particularly nasty taste, but these EZ melts by Solara aren’t that bad. The directions on the bottle are to take one each day, but I take two. (Please consult your own nutritionist, doctor or healthcare professional before taking an amount in excess of the instructions.) They are well absorbed by my body and do not upset my stomach. Have water or drink present when you take them, because tiny remnants from the melts tend to stick in the throat right after you finish taking them. Other than this slight texture issue, I am very pleased with this multi-B supplement!

I'm so happy to have found these. I'm on bottle #2. They give me more energy and I just feel better over all. My dr recommended dissolving b12 and this one fits the bill and has a good flavor. I also like that it's methylcobalimin which is the natural form of b12.

Doc recommend a sublingual dissolving b-complex, and this fits the bill. Flavor is almost pleasant. Pill is a bit on the larger side, but that means it takes maybe a full minute to dissolve instead of 30 seconds. I do wish there was more b12 in it, doc recommended 1000 mcg, but i still like this supplement. I just need to augment with another dissolving b12 pill

Product seemed ok. I do not normally take chewables, and forgot to check for xylitol in the ingredients. A week goes by and I developed a headache and upset stomach. I checked the bottle and xylitol is listed. My fault for not checking before I purchased. I discovered I am allergic to xylitol after years of suffering while chewing large amounts of sugar free gum. Quit the sugar-free gum and I was symptom free until these vitamins. My own fault.
