I own many different styles of heating pad, I needed one for bed, small, weighted and with simple controls. This Sunbeam ComformHeat Weighted pad is exactly what I was looking for.For my soar shoulder the weight feels so good and it gets plenty hot. The controller is simple with just one big button to switch between three heat levels. You can be half asleep and still work this heating pad effortlessly... I love it and highly recommend this product!

Best heating pad I’ve ever had. It’s very flexible because of how it’s constructed. I use it for both my knee after total knee replacement, and some lower back pain when I’m sitting doing work.

I used this almost every day for two years. It is weighted and conforms to the body part so that it stays put and provides uniform heat. It is soft. The cord to the controller disconnects from the pad so you can wash the pad. My pad did not get dirty, so I did not wash it. But the connection of the cord to the pad loosened and now it comes apart easily. I lift the pad to put it on my arm and the cord disconnects. Or I will be sitting there and it is no longer warm and I look and see that the cord has slipped out of the connection. I did not do anything to damage the connection. It is still usable but frustrating. I got another heating pad around the same time, different brand, used it every day, and it still has a strong connection. So I know this is a weakness of the product.

Great heating pad, comfortable and flexible and stays hot. I've only used it a handful of times but it's been perfect. Some reviews say that the plug falls out easily but they must have fixed that issue because it's not loose at all.

At 68 with frequent ear infections and swollen sinuses wanted a weighted heating pad thatPros---was flexible to cover my sinuses and ears. It hasn't completely taken away my infections, but ithelps with pain and congestion! Perfect size for travel and what it was intended to do. It's soft,heats quickly and love the low settings. I can feel sinuses draining after a few minutes useCons--the plug entering the pad disconnects with little pull (even just rolling over), then blinks brightly(you will wake a sleeping partner from the visual with the added loud clicks as you push thesettings button)I still would buy it again.Update: After only three months use, it is heating for a few minutes and then turns off on all settings . I had hoped for a years use, especially paying almost $50 for this in June. Pretty expensive for three months use. Am shopping else where since help from Sunbeam sounds horrible.

This heating pad is wonderful. My husband is 90 years old and his hands are always cold due to a pinched nerve in his neck. He uses this heating pad on medium and it works perfectly, keeping his hands nice and warm. It fits in his lap and is a good weight. Highly recommend this product.

Giving this product a STAR is a generous review. The packaged was damaged and opened. The plug, the cord, and parts of the pad were shoved into the box so poorly that the cord and heating unit were spilling out of the box. Thinking that the pad may still work, I plugged it in and waited up to an hour. It was barely warm, and it was not worth the time, effort, and research involved in purchasing the Sunbeam heating pad.
