It's nice to find a vegan options that's not too expensive. These tablets are well packaged, easy to swallow, and haven't caused me any stomach difficulties. My hair, skin and nails seem to be healthy and strong!

Whilst the supplement contains vital nutrients for good building of collagen including L Lysine, vitamin C, Silica and Vitamin A - vitamin A dried out skin and nails a little . Although the packaging is appealing and the capsules are easy to swallow, that's where the positives end for me. Unfortunately, these capsules have given me an upset stomach, a constant dull pain, caused breakouts on my face with blemishes on my cheeks, and have also resulted in headaches. I must admit, the worst headache occurred when I took the capsule a few hours after eating, so that was down to me.

Not sure how long it takes to fully appreciate the benefits but it’s great to have a supplement to support health when a lot of our fruit and vegetables no longer have the same nutritional benefits that they had many years ago. The packaging is small and easy to pack away as well so very handy.

Non vegan friends had raved about the positive effects of marine collagen, so I thought I'd give these vegan supplements a try.
