Neal's Yard Remedies to Roll Relaxation | Comforting Scent to Help You Unwind on the Go | 9ml

I use this every night before bed. It smells absolutely incredible and I find it really relaxing to put it on my temples and wrists before settling down for the night. The only down side is that the bottle is a dark, solid colour so it is really really hard to tell how much of it you have left! It took me a fair while to notice it wasn't working as well as usual and order a new one as you just can't see the level of liquid inside.

I'm not a big fan of lavender, but the mix in this scent is really nice. I pop some on my wrists and temples to help me to sleep

Lovely smell. Lavender essential oils has a calming affect. Use it on myself and I roll it on pillows at night.

I keep this by my bed and if I ever have difficulty getting to sleep, just apply this as directed (over pulse points). It always works for me and I soon fall asleep.

A useful handbag perfume to use on pulse spots when stressed and in need of calming. I love it!
