I planted them and watered and with in a week or two they are already sprouted and on their way.

I just stuck these in the ground in mounds and watered. With in a week to 12 days they sprouted and are becoming plants. I have no idea about the taste or if they will grow a pumpkin. They sure sprouted right away. I will let you know the outcome.

Why all the bad reviews?

I’ve never grown anything before. I was searching for pumpkin seeds to eat, and these came up. I was intrigued. So, I impulse bought them. I sprouted some in an egg carton and the rest in a wet paper towel. The ones I sprouted in the egg carton, I put 3-4 seeds in one hole so when they sprouted their roots were all tangled and I didn’t want to rip them apart, that’s why some are planted so close together (but that was my fault). The wet paper towel sprouts I was able to space out lol. I’ve counted 21 sprouts, so I think I sprouted all of them! For the egg cartons ones I just used regular soil from my backyard. Once they sprouted I was excited and went to Lowe’s and bought some topsoil and planted them in a little garden I made. I can’t wait to give my neighbors some blue pumpkins this year! If a newbie like me can sprout every single seed with regular backyard soil, so can you! Haha

Punked-kins

Just as others have reported, I planted all the seeds per the instructions after watching the video and they've all turned out to be duds. It's been 3 weeks and not a single one has sprouted. I also bought pumpkin and gourd seeds from other vendors which I planted at the same time and they've sprouted and are doing well. If there was a way to return the seeds and get a refund I would. I was looking forward to sharing the blue pumpkins with friends and neighbors. Very disappointed.

Love them

My pumpkins look greatUpdate. I only planted these type of pumpkins, they all turned orange. Disappointed cause I thought they would be blue.

I Got Me the "Dud Pack of Blue Punkin Seed Blues"...

UPDATE: Raising my rating from ONE to THREE STARS. I've now deployed all 20 seeds in a range of 80F degree germination environs -- from domed starter tray (6 seeds), to open starter tray (6 seeds), to individual 18 oz. "To-Gro" cups (2 seeds), and finally (6 bare seeds) spaced in a damp folded paper towel sealed inside a ziplock sandwich baggie and kept in the dark. All of them lightly spritzed with diluted Ferti-Lome root stimulator. FIVE seeds out of the 20 have now sprouted. I'm giving it another week and will do a final update.FINAL UPDATE: Going into a fourth week of babying these baby blues every which way I know how. Of the 20 seeds, I now have EIGHT serviceable sprouts in "To-Gro" cups that I will transplant into our N. E. Georgia punkin patch this week. Considered dropping my rating to two stars, but guess I'll stick with three. Eight sprouts is enough for a little crop of blues. Hopefully they'll flower and fruit way easier than they germinated and sprouted.FINAL FINAL UPDATE: Now 5+ weeks into trying to get all 20 of these seeds to germinate. Ultimately 12 finally sprouted after much coercion and patience. With the last three, I had to physically crack the plumped seed casings open to free the sprouts and roots. So 12/20 = 60% successfully germinated and now transplanted to the outdoor patch. My 3 star/5 star rating = 60% satisfaction as well mathematically, and I'll let it stand at that.

They grew...

These seeds sprouted quickly and grew well. Mine didn't turn blue but I had to harvest them sooner than I wanted to so they may have turned blue later. Still very pretty pumpkins. This was also my first attempt at growing pumpkins so I know I made some mistakes that affected growth and color.

Have to wait a few months before planting.

Shipped quickly and product arrived as stated.

Poor germination

I purchased two bags, planted them all in my pumpkin patch. 3 jarrahdale pumpkins, out of 40 seeds :( The other breed of pumpkins did well!
