This was an acceptable substitute when Hill's stopped making the Ideal Balance line of products. Many other quality products were tried and snubbed until this one was given to our two picky critters. One of them does have digestive issues, and this product, without the corn, wheat, or soy, seems to be more in tune with his system.

This brand was vet recommended along with the no corn, wheat, soy. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but cats don't properly digest these things, so to me it's worth the extra cost

My cat has a delicate stomach and this is the best food

Even though I was very unsure. Of ordering this food, for our 1year old cat. Since we got him he has had a very sensitive stomach! Have tried, several different kinds of grain free foods. He would eat it, but still had stomach issues. So I decided to purchase this food and give it a try. Since I know the Science Diet Name! Well he loves it!! And his stomach is not aggravated. I am so pleased with this food! And Bandit!! Is also. I feed my animals good food, to keep them healthy. And his hair shines also. I would so recommend this food if you have a cat, that has stomach and digestive issues. Tell them Bandit recommends it. Lol

I changed from the regular adult food to this grain free thinking the cats wouldn't touch it, but it's a big hit! They still go through more of this than higher end kibble like Stella and Chewy, but I'm glad they aren't eating any grain anymore.
