I shopped all who have 4-5 stars and read reviews both positive and negative. Be sure to read the negatives to see why someone is disappointed. Many of the resistance band reviews comment of a bad odor. I only saw positive reviews for this line so I took my chances with the Bymore brand. They seem to be high quality with no bad odor. They feel good on bare skin and do stay in place. Three levels of resistance and stretch although they are all the same length. Yes, they can be used for leg and hip exercises...not just for squats like some of the brands. I do recommend them!

I first purchased mini bands that were the small rubber kind and within my first workout they broke. So I went on a search to find a thicker, wider band that was not super expensive. I had three other brands on my list then I came across these and I decided these were the ones. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with these. I have been using them for about one month and I can't find anything bad about them. They provide enough resistance, are durable, are washable (I wash mine by hand & hang dry). Plus, you can't beat the price. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing these, I promise you won't regeret it! (I am REAL user, not a paid reviewer)

The bands look great. But my sole purpose of this purchase was so they stay put. They keep falling off which is weird.**UPDATE *** UPDATE JULY 2020Just wanted to update my review because I am so very please with this company. Unfortunately the first set I got had defects and weren't stretching or staying set in place but the company was able to fix this. The new ones are definately THE BOMB. They are very snug and completely do the job as I am a fitness person and needed something strong and suitable, flexible but sturdy. These are awesome!!!20 starts for me because customer service is tops for me.

Bought these to add to our home work out equipment. Was a bit skeptical as to the actual effectiveness , but I was wrong. Very effective in targeting the glutes and hip muscles. The bands offer three levels of resistance and they are comfortable compared to the thinner style of bands. We have been incorporating them into our home workouts. Definitely recommend them.

The bands work great. My old bands were not giving me the resistance I needed anymore which lead me to buying these. Even though they have the same strength as my old ones, these worked way better. I felt the burn throughout my workout. I did have to wash them since they did come with an odor (smelled like vinegar in my opinion). That was the only negative thing about them, but they are durable if i was able to wash them in the washer machine & dry them.

Bands are different levels. Bands are non slip. Only returned as the bands I received one band had small tear. Overall this product works for what they are used for. Would recommend for future purchase.

I love these. I have always used the rubber resistance bands. They always slip, get tangles, or even snap. These bands are so much better. They're nice strong thick material. The fact that they're made of fabric and not rubber helps tremendously with the slipping problem. The three resistance levels of the the bands are perfect. I would definately reccomend.

I use these bands for leg and hips toning workouts as they are wide. Good thing is that these don't stink and the grip is good, so no slippage in middle of the exercise. The bands are all the same circumference, I would have liked more if they also came with an adjustable size option.
