Keeps food fresh

Nice canisters, good value
I really like these. They hold 10# of flour on a small footprint. The lid works like Lock-n-Lock lids. The gasket is removeable for easy cleaning. They seal well. Also, they make good bulk fermentation containers.

These large plastic containers are perfect for dry goods...sugar, flour, powder sugar; nuts; any dry ingredients do well in these containers. Love the labeling with chalk so you can write what the item is in your container. Keeps things fresh.
