These jungle animal fondant molds are absolutely adorable and incredibly detailed! I’ve made all six animals, and they turned out amazing every time. The molds are sturdy yet flexible, making it super easy to pop the fondant out without losing any detail.If you’re a bit creative, you can even use them to make standalone 3D animals — they hold their shape well and look fantastic on cakes or cupcakes. These molds are made of a firm and durable silicone that makes it easy to press fondant into. I like to dust my molds with corn starch and place in the freezer for a minute so that it demolds perfectly.Although the zebra stripes and giraffe spots are 3d I found it difficult to get fondant into the holes cleanly and opted to paint the stripes and spots on with gel food color. Dusting pink petal dust on 5he cheeks gives a cute blush effect.I love that I have 6 animals all in the same style. Super easy to use and get a consistent and professional looking result, even as a home chef.

I bought these molds for a baby shower cake and they did not disappoint. I haven’t used silicone molds for such large cake toppers(I usually just hand mold them) but these were great. Easy to use and durable for fondant.

Theses were incredible to say the least! They saved so much time and heartache. I was going to make them by hand, but then found these while perusing Amazon! At first I didn’t get the hang of how they worked, but then realized to dust them with cornstarch, then freeze for about 15 min! These were honestly the best!

Made these for a safari themed cake (see photo). I made the Lion, giraffe, elephant, and monkey. The elephant was the easiest and the lion was the most challenging for me. Nevertheless, they are adorable!

At first I balked over the price of these molds but once I saw them, I was very impressed. I wish I could find more animal shapes from this seller, I would buy them for sure. As like other buyers, I would recommend placing the molds in the freezer once they are filled with fondant/ gumpaste. I used Lemon extract and Americolor brown powdered food dye to paint the spots on the giraffe. Also, I found the front paws of the animals a little too big so I shortened some of them. I used the zebra mold and was able to create a 'cow', by covering the zebra stripes with black cow spots. All of the figures have been shaded with petal dust. I would definitely purchase these again.
