Review after 5 days of taking it daily: A prescribed rx I'm taking for weight loss has caused me to be a little slow in the digestion department. I have felt backed up for weeks. My doctor suggested I try a probiotic to accompany my weight loss rx. She suggested Culturelle. I seen they had this one that specializes in weight management so I figured why not?! After taking it for 3 days I was finally able to "relive" myself! What a relief! Continuing to have normal movements. I've had no side effects from the probiotic. I also feel like this helped me through a plateau I was having with losing weight. Cant say for sure that it was the probiotic, but I feel less bloated now and that is amazing! I would highly recommend giving it a try. Obviously this isn't a magic weight loss pill, but is something great to accompany you on your weight loss journey!

Now in my mid-30s my everything isn’t what it used to be and, for the most part, that’s okay. It becomes not okay when it starts creating digestive issues that leave you on a roller coaster of can’t go one day to can’t stop the next. Top it off with a little weight gain and it’s enough to get you googling for some answers.And that’s how I discovered these little capsular gems of probiotic goodness.Before I religiously started taking these once a day, I ran it past my PCP. He has absolutely no opinion on the matter (thanks doc) so I then talked to a dietitian. She was all for them and quickly launched into a 30-minute talk on the gut micro biome and it’s affect on our health.Who knew? So, I purchased these and started taking them. Within a week dare I say I felt lighter from the inside out?After a month, I no longer ride the roller coaster of digestion and kept a more regular routine, if you know what I mean.I’m now a probiotic convert and spread the gospel of gut health to anyone who’ll listen.Did I notice a change in my metabolism? I can’t say. But I can report I’ve lost the few extra pounds that invited themselves to the party, and I didn’t have to diet to get them to leave.So, all in all, I credit these little one-a-day capsules with making over my micro biome which made a lot of positive changes in my regular routine. I’ll continue to take them as long as they’re available so I never have to ride the roller coaster of digestive uncertainty again.

These probiotics tout weight loss, but I saw no weight loss in the time I used them. Also, they did nauseate me. I would suggest taking them with a small amount of food.

The capsules literally work within MINUTES of taking them will have you going to the bathroom BUT they will give you bad cramps when you first take them I would suggest you do it on a day you have nothing to do that day till you know how they will effect you I have taken only 1capsule and have been to the bathroom twice within 5 hours so when you first use it use with caution so as to not get caught in a bad place

I have been dieting for months and wasn't losing much weight at all. I started taking this along with dieting and I've lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks! You should also watch "Hack Your Health" On Netflix. They explain everything about the importance of having a diverse & healthy gut microbiome. This probiotic is working along with eating 20-30 different fruit, vegetable & nuts throughout the week. Oh, and drink plenty of water. Good luck!

It took a few weeks to feel the results, but it does help with improving energy without side effects, and weight management with diet and exercise. The pill is small and easy to swallow. I will continue to use it.
