This supplement has been really good for my gut health. The cleansing support is fantastic and noticeable. In my opinion, it's a good product for anyone serious about maintaining a healthy digestive system. NatureWise, good job!

I decided to try these to help increase fiber and also cope with the effects of my very high protein diet as a result of weight training. I highly recommend starting out with one for at least 2-3 weeks as others have suggested to see how you feel. Sometimes I do have to take 2 which is when I do experience more cramping but either way, I avoid the painful constipation due to the high protein consumption. One usually keeps things regular without the extra side effects, 2 is occasionally needed but does have some of the extra side effects. Either way, I’m never having to like run to the bathroom. I take one every day with the rest of my vitamins and supplements and this has been a game changer.

I really like this product. It's not just about the detox, but also the extras - the prebiotics that support a healthy gut. The herbal laxatives were gentle and effective. As a health-conscious person, I appreciate that it's gluten-free. The safe digestion aspect is a major bonus. I'm impressed and would definitely recommend it!

Works. Maybe a little too well. It’s painful. I dot. Recommend taking 2. It took about 12 hours to kick. I’ve been on the toilet for two hours in painnn and it’s 2 am 🫠 it def works though start by taking one and wait 12 hours

These pills work!! I got tired of making the ballerina tea everyday for years. I purchased these pills and I seen a review that said try 1 instead of 2 at night. They were right 1 works so I don’t have to take 2. Every morning around 9-11 I have to go. I will be purchasing more!

Last June I started the OMAD diet and Intermittent fasting. I noticed I wasn’t passing any bms daily as per usual but maybe once every 3 days. Then 5 days. Then a week, then 2 weeks, then I got worried. I got impacted pretty bad. I did drink water frequently, did movement, I’m not bed ridden or anything like that. But anyway, my PCP said to drink Miralax everyday, so I did, and it does help but sometimes it doesn’t too. Stool softeners definitely did not work. Enemas were ruining my muscles down there, like now I think I’m numb and I hope I didn’t handicap my ass or anything, sigh… I found out about magnesium citrate and thought that was a Godsend and thought ‘Yeah I can sip a third of a bottle once a week and I’ll be fine.’ But then one morning mysteriously I was so effing sick dry barfing unbeknownst to me, I was overdosing on magnesium, what an IDIOT. So, I began another desperate search on Google and saw something about probiotics, went to Costco, bought me a bottle, opened it, but the damn bottle had been tampered with so I had to take it back for a refund… Came here to AMAZON, searching for another probiotic and this one scrolled by my thumb, idk if it’s really a daily probiotic but the price was too good to pass up and the reviews were even better. I listened to the reviewers about taking just 1 pill and yeah, wow,Thank you...It’s hopefully life changing, and I’m actually feeling some relief after a whole year of bm stress.I highly recommend this product. It does hurt the stomach but really, in a good way- I feel.

These are dangerous. I don’t know whether to give a full 5 star review or 0 stars bc omg they work but omg it hurt. I am a chronic constipation sufferer and have tried every fiber supplement from miralax to magnesium citrate. THESE are otherworldly. Aside from the excruciating cramps they gave me, I am cleared out from top to bottom. I would not recommend taking these daily, they should strictly be a last minute option. I would say they are a step above magnesium citrate on a strength level. Please be careful omg.

Coming from someone with digestive problems their whole life and has tried just about everything you can think of. These pills work amazing no pain or discomfort. Love these!
