My family loves tea, we have 2 that want sweet tea and 2 that want sweet tea with so much lemon it’s probably closer to Arnie Palmer’s. I got 2 of these to make sun-tea, I love that they are thick heavy borosilicate (think Pyrex). My absolute favorite part, and why i have now purchased 2 of these (which I use 2 family size teabags w/8 cups of water and plenty of room to add sweetener, lemon and ice), 2 of their Gello pitchers (that holds 4 cups w/1 family size tea bag- a great “personal size”) and also the large flip top jug, is because they are made in Italy and NOT CHINA. I also have never found a spigot that I have been comfortablet with material wise, or that I ever feel I’ve gotten cleaned out. Will continue to buy their products.

Good quality, overall very functional for making tea. This is my 3rd one, word to the wise: don't put boiling water in it!

Nice pitcher, well-made, packaged well, however, it is very heavy without anything in it. I need both hands to lift it when full. Not for anyone with weak wrists. It does not lock automatically though, you have to remember to twist the cap to lock it, otherwise cap falls out when tilted. Note: would not fit in the door of my 33" wide side-by-side fridge and was too big for the interior with the other stuff I have in there, so I am using it as a storage jar as it has a wide enough mouth.

Works well for my juice. Easy to clean. Love glass containers. The teal color is pretty and this set seals great.The first set I ordered with the clear lids did not tighten or seal well at all. I wish I could get another set of the lids only.

Instructions are minimal regarding Rubber O-ring & turn mechanism to seal, as well as how to disassemble to wash and reassemble. Even after it appears sealed when checked upside down, it will leak when you turn, as directed on turn mechanism, to open minimally to pour. I liked the idea of the seal; but, it is only good for storage. It must be disassembled to pour without making a mess. Great, sturdy, heavy yet well-balanced LEAD FREE glass, did not shatter when knocked off counter onto flooring. With my neuropathy, I Love the ergonomic handle. However, I was quite disappointed in the size of the pitcher; I realize I got what I ordered. And, once I began using it, I liked that it was small enough that it would fit between the shelves of my refrigerator, leaving the top shelf free for larger items. This would be an awesome pitcher in a gallon size, either squat ( bigger around but not much taller) or 12-18 inches tall as most gallon pitchers are.

I like to store milk in glass because it stays colder and fresher longer. This is the best pitcher for that very purpose.

This thing is bogus. The top, which I guess is supposed to seal the thing, doesn’t work and often comes apart. No bueno.
