The best part is automatic rollers: There are 4 rollers in the corner that rotate in a horizontal plane and and there are 4 cylindrical rollers in the middle of the feet, which rotate in a vertical plane. In fact, the product description says "4 Manual Rollers: The foot spa and massager has 4 manual rollers. These rollers have various points that help in acupuncture and soothe pain." But in reality, they are powered and automatic! Not manual. They rotate automatically when the massage button is pressed, along with other rollers. Maybe the manufacturer introduced this feature later. I was pleasantly delighted to see it rotating when I first switched it on.The next feature I liked is timer: You can set a timer to switch it off automatically after 10,20,30 ... 60 minutes.Con: After fixing the wheel, during the massage, the whole unit keeps moving because of the friction between our feet and the rollers. We have to keep pulling the machine back into the right position. May be we should not fix the wheels.

Product quality is very poor and wire and very cheap, I have order twice the same product and I faced the same issue in both product, specially thanks to Amazon who helped me rerun my money from seller, pls don’t buy this company product.. cheap quality

This foot massager is amazing and totally worth it. The efficiency and effectiveness of the products clearly stands out. The product quality is good with only one issue, that the water disposal pipe leaks a little. If that can be fixed then the product is flawless and I totally recommend it.

Purchased in may-23. Worked well for 18 months and suddenly stopped working. Called lifelong customer care, they said support is stopped for this product and suggested reaching out to local massager repair outlets.. just average

Gives comfortable massage.But it is not easy to move or carry with the long wire dangling on one side. Provision to roll and tuck the wire would have been helpful.When I opened the package, ants were present inside the tub. Informed customer care. Care should be taken before packing the product.
