AC INFINITY PROBE
As is the case with all the AC INFINITY products that I own no problems and the probe works perfectly with the controller.

Ac infinity is better than Vivosun’s except
Except for a the fans. I bought lower costs fans from ac infinity, they don’t oscillate. I guess the more expensive ones do. Vivosun’s oscillate. Everything else AC Infinity is better. Although I do see light through the bottom of ac infinity tent. Love the ease of ac infinity. Much higher quality product. Vivosun’s temperature probes are an issue. I used Vivosun’s h19 humidifier and ac infinity’s heater. I had three probes, 2 Vivosun’s and 1 infinity. The infinity is accurate. I bought a hydrometer. I spent additional money to verify Vivosun’s products. Eventually bought everything AC Infinity. Vivosun’s customer service is nonexistent. I warned you. AC is more expensive but quality, and considerable thought given to the processes. The App for Vivosun are nice for beginners, but once you figure out what’s going on, you realize your equipment is faulty.

Shouldn't have needed this.
So in their infinite wisdom they somehow decided to make the detector probe plug into the controller and not by way of the fan. My install is the controller down in workshop and fan in attic. would have made sense for the probe to be somewhat colocated with the fan. Original probe/cable not long enough to reach and it cannot be extended. This is the only other option, which is also still limited in distance. To add insult to injury, if you want to tandem up the fan with an extra one, it too has to go to the controller and not to the existing fan. Just generally not well thought thru.
