Rectangular shaped molds are smaller in size. They look thinner but baking is fine.

Silicone is thin
Silicone is thin and not sturdy, doesn't hold it's shape. Also makes it difficult to clean. A case of quantity over quality. Spend more money and buy 12 thicker better quality silicone cups.
