This product mixes so well with water and leaves no lumps unlike the previous powders I was using.Tastes great ( strawberry ) and it’s also great mixed with plain Greek yogurt.Would have given 5 stars, however it’s a little expensive.

Always liked PHD, best value by far vs the other high priced ones which are mainly just due to marketing/branding. This matrix with creation & every other supplement you can think of and an amazing value. Also tastes great. I hope the price stays competitive as it’s been creeping up a lot on Amazon

I have always used PhD diet whey, I lift 5 days a week and go through 3 double scoops daily (6 scoops), so as you can imagine i have pretty much gone through every flavour. So when PhD 100% whey popped up at under 100 kcal I thought why not give it a try.. And this is what I found..1, with this one, the flavour isn't quite as strong, but still very nice (no after taste). And when your downing protein shakes often.. The less sweet it is the better. 100% whey wins the taste round.2, its fluffier and cleaner than the diet, meaning you always get a full scoop that doesn't crumble. It's much easier to drink than the diet as it's not as thick.3, those brown little pips that get stuck in your teeth after Diet whey is not in the 100% whey, meaning your bottle only needs one quick rinse after a this shake, the 100% is so much cleaner.Aslong as the prices stay the same for both products I will definitely be sticking to 100% whey. Its definitely worth a try for all you regularly Diet Whey drinkers.Avoid the Plant protein (caramel & others) absolutely disgusting. But the Banana is great. The Plant and 100% whey powders will switch in the selection depending on what flavour you pick, so be careful.

I love this strawberry delight protein no lumps, tastes great with milk or water, bit pricey when not on offer but I wouldn't let that put me off buying it

Not my favourite taste, prefer the vanilla flavour because it tastes less processed or altered. But I’ve definitely had much worse.To give a comparison to the flavour; tasted like that one strawberry and cream Chupa Chups lollipop.

I chose the vanilla flavoured powder to make Keto ice cream and low carb pancakes. The ice cream turned out gorgeous and I will be buying the chocolate one soon. The aroma when I walk in my kitchen is heavenly, but the taste is weaker than the smell, I didn't mind as I added some vanilla extract to the ice cream and zero cals/carbs maple syrup to the pancakes. Packaging seemed to be an issue with some reviewers, but I didn't have a problem. The price was attractive and now that I have tasted it, it has quality too.
