This coffee maker isn’t just for coffee—it’s a hot chocolate champ too! It brews rich, bold coffee and flawlessly handles hot cocoa. Just don’t forget to put the top on (lesson learned). Easy to use, easy to clean, and totally versatile—I love it!

Hot drinks for cold days.
Cord needs to be longer, but if just for a counter top may be fine. I was using for a tailgate event and needed extension cord. All other features were success. Definitely large capacity, design worked perfect for table top, very easy to use and set up. Great value

Good looking, fast brewing
This is an excellent coffee pot. Appearances terrific, handles are quite usable. The brew basket is small enough that I can even use regular Mr Coffee coffee filters, just cut a hole in the bottom. The brewing is exceptionally fast, although I would like it to be a few degrees cooler. It would be better with an adjustable heating element. My last stainless steel coffee pot (different brand) died because the heat was turned up so much it burned out the unit. This one's a couple degrees cooler than that one, but we could stand a variable control.

Disappointing and Not Suitable for Coffee or Tea
I purchased two of these 45-cup coffee urns with high hopes for making tea and coffee for events, but unfortunately, they fell short in multiple areas.First, the compartment meant for holding the coffee or tea is made of plastic. This not only raises serious health concerns—since it sits directly in hot water—but it also gives the beverage a noticeable plastic taste. It’s not safe or appealing to brew drinks this way, especially when serving to guests.Second, the urn never actually brings the water to a full boil, which is essential for making good coffee or tea. This affects both the flavor and the temperature of the final product, leaving it lukewarm and weak.Overall, this product is not well-designed for its intended purpose. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and safe beverage dispenser.
