Just the right size for decoration on the inside framed space on a mantel we had made for our fireplace. We glued them along with other embellishments. Then Painted and sanded the wood. All the pieces we added look as if they were original to the mantel. A very inexpensive touch to make it look expensive.

VERY NICE SIZE PERFECT FOR MY PROJECT

Purchased to create wall panels. I recommend gluing them down before painting. I did the reverse and the paint moisture made the pieces warp a bit. Luckily we have caulk!They’re nice and very detailed. They aren’t smooth and the intricacies make them hard to sand. I did not take the time but I’m pleased with the result!

I used them on a rehab of an antique secretary. The original scrollwork was broken. These pieces were very good quality and sturdy. Love the look!

I do decorative painting on old furniture pieces to bring them back to life. Sometimes I add mouldings and appliques to achieve a particular look. The prices for all wood products have skyrocketed in the last few years so finding decorative wood elements that are affordable is a challenge. These appliques by Muxsam are some of the least expensive and the variety of designs is quite good. However, I had to spend 10 minutes hand sanding each piece to get it to a usable condition for painting. Even then, they were not perfect but glaze and gilding wax hid the remaining "sins". So, 4 stars for a sturdy, well designed product at a fair price- minus 1 star for making me do the finish work to it.

These are beautiful! Light and easy to paint. I put them on a mirror to create an Anthology dupe! Turned my ugly dresser mirror into a beautiful statement piece!
