Great Natural Food Coloring for Baking!
I’m really happy with this dragon fruit powder! I used it as a natural food coloring for a pink cake and it turned out so pretty! I’m not a professional baker but I think it came out great. What matters most to me is that it’s free from artificial dyes like Red 40.

Super cute for bread
I used this to color my bread at Valentine’s Day. Super cute and no added flavor noticed. Easy to incorporate. I did a marbled sourdough recipe.

Good but
This is a nice product, but I wish a little more guidance was offered other than 'add a spoonful'. Maybe it's just me, but my asperger's is kicking in asking *what kind* of spoonful. Do you mean a soup spoonful? Tea spoonful? A level scoop? Heaping? I was adding this to my sourdough loaves trying to make a pink loaf for our galentines event, but we wound up postponing it, so the loaves are currently in the freezer and will be refreshed before they are sliced into tea sandwiches. I think I figured out how much I need to add, but I would have preferred a 'for pink loaves add x amount' on the package. The first time I did it I used 5g, which I thought was a lot, but it barely gave me a swirl. The next time, I made a double batch of my dough and added a heaping soup spoonful, which amounted to around 33g. I later mixed up an additional batch of sourdough and added 20g of powder to it. All three of the loaves have thus far retained the color, and it shouldn't add any additional flavor to the loaves, but I'm not sure. I'm tempted to do a smaller loaf with the powder just to confirm, but it still have plenty of bread that needs to get eaten before that happens. The photos are from my past bakes, the one with 5g that you can barely see and the ones that I baked up today.
