I have had various issues with my left knee which resulted in being in constant pain and unable to bend very well or kneel. A friend recommended to try a Turmeric and back pepper supplement as they had worked for her. After a lot of research I purchased these as they had the recommended amount of Turmeric. Both my husband and I have been taking these for several weeks, my husband has Carpal tunnel syndrome. We both have noticed the pain has gone and I am now able to walking around with no pain and I can kneel for short periods. My husband's symptoms have completely gone and he no longer needs to wear his night time splint. I have just ordered two more bottles.

I noticed a difference after a few days. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and thought I’d give it a try to help with inflamation.I’m not to keen on taking 2 tablets per day as recommended by the label as I did read online that high doses of turmeric daily can be harmful.I have been taking one tablet every second day just to minimise any side effects - and I do need to say, it has helped my inflamation.I would definetly give them a try

I've taken turmeric for a few yrs after it was 1st recommended by my a friends sister who also has arthritis so I purchased it but sometimes waited over a wk for delivery then I found these on Amazon suitable for my vegetarian diet & they arrived the following day been taking them for a wk now & can't tell any difference than my old ones I was paying more for & waiting longer for them to arrive , excellent for inflammation pain & price will purchase these in future.

I didn't fully know what to expect when taking tumeric supplements, so imagine my surprise to learn that it's stopped a pain in my hamstring that has been niggling away for months!Well, I am crediting these supplements as it was the only thing I changed and the pain has gone away. Tumeric is supposed to be good for anti-inflammatory properties which is what I guess has done the trick!Tablet wise, you can smell the tumeric, but they are OK to take with some water.

My wife & I have just purchased this item, on the strength of our daughters recommendation. We are certainly well pleased with the quantity & strength of the tablets ,& the quality.However ,I do not want to be bombarded with repeat orders until I say so.Otherwise I am very happy my wife likes this brand. Thankyou

Bought largely for my husband to help with his joints etc. I also started taking one a day for the same reason. Then I heard on the radio that turmeric is one thing that exacerbates nosebleeds. I really don't want to start a scare, but as I had started getting nosebleeds at the same time I have stopped taking these to see what would happen, and I haven't had any since.The only other criticism is that the capsules are not very well put together, so as well as the smell (not too noxious!) getting out, sometimes the contents leak as well.Too early to tell whether they're actually working for my husband but he is still taking them - it's a big tub to get through:)
