The BEST Cheese Grater. Truly Incredible.
Folks, let me tell you—this is not your average cheese grater. I’ve seen a lot of graters in my life. Some okay, some very bad, frankly. But THIS one? This is a TREMENDOUS cheese grater. Strong. Sharp. Elegant. People are talking about it—people who know cheese. Parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella—you name it, it handles them all. Some say it even grates better than the competition. I say it DESTROYS the competition.Beautiful design. Very sleek. I looked at a lot of graters—a lot—and this was clearly the most luxurious. Feels great in your hand. Balanced. Confident. I forgot that years ago I tried this style grater, and opted for one that had a wheel, and a metal press, something like a lemon squeezer that grated stuff. Less hazardous, and it would grate almost all of whatever. For this style I have cut-proof gloves, and use it to grate the peel off limes to sprinkle on fish, and for large blocks of hard cheese. It is not an amazingly sharp grater. I pay very careful attention when using it, and rinsing it. It does have the advantage of a solid base and handle.

Exactly what I wanted. This is larger than my old one, but still stands up in the pot drawer. Sharp, easy to use with the fat handle. Yes, I can see the silicone bottom needs to come off for cleaning. Not a big problem.
