Really good product and battery is good

120v; Not Rated for UAE
When I received this item it seems like a quality product but I hate it two stars as the product cannot be used in the UAE without a step-up voltage converter. After reading through the details on the posting on the product page, I saw it said 120v. You will only find it if you click “see more” under the description.

Not able to use the heater
I live in UAEI was not able to use the heater because it come with converter from 220v to 120v that it works for 10 seconds only.Now I need to buy a converter which will cost almost the same price of the heater to be able to use it.
