Cmon. These have a big hook sticking out that secures the airpod in your ear. How could the airpod possibly fit in the case with a big hook sticking out? It will probably fit in your ear securely with the cover on.

Q: will this help them fit in smaller ears? having issues with my gen 3 air pods falling out of my ears, will this help or make it worse?

Every ear is different, so you may get different results. I expect these will resolve your problem as long as your ears aren’t so small that the AirPods don’t sit in your ear. If the Airpod doesn’t fit in your ear w/o the cover, it won’t fit with the cover. The covers add volume and make the airpod fit tighter. The hook also helps to align and lock the airpod in your ear. I like this brand because they don’t add a lot of unnecessary volume to the hook or the skin thickness. This should be good for small ears.

Q: Do they work with Samsung (Android) phones ?

They fit on airpods, which work with my samsung 22 ultra... These slide onto your airpods for a better fit in your ears!!!

Q: what if you have big ears

I would say yes. The silicon ear hook allows the ear to be more or less in any shape/size. They still fit.
