DEFINITELY A FIVE
It is an elegant piece of ingeniously crafted device that serves to hold a smart phone firmly and securely. The side arms open incrementally at the press of a button located conveniently at the bottom rear. And you can simply squeeze the side arms after that for a perfect snug fit around the phone. One does not need the bottom support since the side arms fit so snugly, but it provides the added security to prevent the phone from sliding down. There is a ball and socket joint at the back that enables the driver to swivel the phone in any direction he/she wants. And the nose clip at the rear that slides into the horizontal vent has a latch that helps to attach securely to the vent. It is small and compact and has an aesthetic appeal. I also own a Belkin air vent mount for my other car, that cost me twice the amount and is half as functional and in elegance. The price is so very right that I purchased twenty of them to give away to my friends as gifts. Definitely a five star quality.

Really good cell phone holder for the car
This does an excellent job of holding the cell phone in the air vent--much better than trying to affix it to the windshield. I got one and let my daughter use it; she loved it so much I gave it to her and have bought a 2nd one for myself.
