I've been using the Sparnod Airbike for a few weeks now, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. The build quality feels solid, and the bike runs very smoothly. I ordered the SAB_05-R model. It was delivered the next day. I was very happy with the delivery time.The morning after I placed the order, even before the delivery was made, the seller contacted me on WhatsApp, and shared a video with the assembly instructions. They also offered to do a video call in case I had any issues. That is fabulous customer service and I'm very happy as an Indian to order a made-in-India product with service of that quality! Kudos to the seller! As it turned out, the assembly instruction video which they shared was clear enough that I could assemble it myself and didn't contact them. Nevertheless I really appreciate that they got in touch.When I received the item, it was packaged very nicely and securely. The parts look nice and have a very good finish. The printed instruction manual has pictures which look like an older model (does not have a back rest) and the name 'Platinum' instead of Sparnod Fitness etc. The warranty card said my model was SAB_05 instead of SAB_05-R. According to some Q&A on Amazon, the SAB_05-R is supposed to be a 2022 model while the SAB_05 is supposed to be a 2019 model with minimal differences, so I didn't bother much. Besides, the listed price of SAB_05 was actually higher than that of SAB_05-R.Assembly was fairly easy with the provided instruction video. I am not very skilled with my hands, so I took my own time and finished in about 60-70 minutes. All the parts seem to be of good quality and good finish. I did have one problem during assembly. After fitting the seat to the seat rod using the nuts, the video says to fit the rod which supports the back rest. However this rod cannot be put when the seat is already fixed to the seat rod. So I had to remove the seat from the seat rod, fit the back rest support rod, and only then fix the seat. This cost me some 10-15 minutes to figure out and perform, but this was the only issue I had with assembly.Now it is all assembled, but I have yet to use it seriously. I tested it to make sure I had assembled it alright and it felt solid. I have yet to get the seat height right, and I have not yet fit the rubber sleeves to the handles (I needed a break haha). I have not put in a serious session on it yet, but everything feels good and I'm looking forward to my first ride. I may update this review once I've used it for a while.Overall, I'm happy with the product, the price, and the service. Go for it!

After searching for so many days, finally i found the perfect gym cycle, which doesnt take too much space in my room.Very effective to use and has elite look. The material also feels very strong and sturdy.Inititally I have very to hesitant to buy this brand product, as I was not sure how good would be the customer support for installation but the customer support was very good. Once I Whatsapped the invoice to their number, the same day they arranged a technician for installation. Morning I got the product delivered and by evening I got the product installed and started to use it . I am located in chennai location.Note: Installation cost - 350rs need to be paid to technician for installation but I think it is fare price.

Worst product. Foot paddle broken just after 5 days of use. Customer care said they would replace the item, but it's been 2weeks, still no replacement has arrived. Customer care not picking up calls currently.

My cycle belt has been broken and cant find in the market . May i know from where i can get this . Or else can you send this to me i will pay

It's good product with a good design and very easy to use, especially for home.They assembled it within time. Value for money.only problem I noticed is it's resistance knob is not fully functional and the back rest curve should be more means our back and rest's gap is more.
