Product was not productive . Followed instructions exactly as instructed in the product and no results waist of money

This product is good to help regulate bathroom habits. 1-2 capsules are taken before bed. This will help when used as part of the TruVision health system, in conjunction with regular exercise and lots of water. One thing I didn't like was that it would get stuck in my esophagus after ingesting. I had to make sure to take a few drinks before and after while sitting upright.

not too hard on your stomach but passes stool freely
