Hurts your ears!
The neck harness does not fit comfortably. And the harness does not protect your ears. With that said I think all the weight lifting neck harnesses suffer the same design flaws. I still use this, but keep my hands positioned to protect them from the harness. I do not recommend this product, but haven't found one that I could recommend.

once you ( I ) figure out(ed) which way is (was) front, adjust(ed) the strap for the back, snug is good, put a nice ten pounder on the chain, wow! like it was meant for me. thanks G*d. I love this thing, like a gift from above, from a lifelong pencil neck.
