I recently had a fall fracturing the base of my 5th metacarpal in the lower part of my hand.. I purchased this before X-ray to see if it would help.. treatment nurse was so impressed, she advised to wear this one instead of the nhs one for 4-6 weeks.. it’s really helping but fingers do get sweaty

This is a great little splint to use if you have damaged a finger etc. It feels comfortable and well made and provides great support if a finger is damaged or needs to be kept rigid. It is quite flexible in terms of sizing for different sizes of hand. I hope not to need to use it much but I feel very confident that it will serve its purpose.

I bought this as I have a fixation on my 4th and 5th metacarpal which causes pain this is an old injury, it helps immobilise the fingers incorporated with those bones to reduce pain and promote rest in the area. Would recommend it for people with those fractures, who have had surgery or fractures in the pinky/ring/middle finger

This has been really useful for when fingers have been so painful and unsure if broken.Easy to pop on and secure with the Velcro straps.Comfortable to wear for short periods. It definitely provides the support you need when your fingers are sore.Recommended.
