Very useful size!
These quarter sheets are a great purchase. Besides being useful for smaller appliances like toaster ovens, the smaller size is simply more convenient for most uses. Other than baking batches of cookies where you want a larger surface area to make the most cookies, or whatever, this smaller size is much easier to handle, great for one or two person households, and using for heating anything in smaller batches or simply reheating. Another plus is that you can fit them in the oven next to another dish of two, saving cooking time and energy. Make sure to purchase the wire racks at the same time!

Multi uses for these and they don't warp in the oven.
I have several of these and now one with a rack. The feet on the rack are silicon so they don't scratch up the pan. I use these to bake nachos and for food prep. It's a grate way to grate cheese endnote get it all over the placer tip over a bowl. Also they don't warp. This is the best brand I think.

Great size pan - many uses
This is a perfect pan for two people - use it in the Breville Air-fryer - taking meat off of the Bar-B-Q Grill - cooking veggies on the grill

Great kitchen tool!
They are reasonably priced, durable, and well made. These really are the perfect size for home kitchen use. For example, they are great to salt any kind of meat and stick it in the refrigerator overnight; take it out and go right to the grill, grab another to place the cooked meat upon while it rest before slicing and eating. Clean up is a breeze, they are easy to store. I only wish I had purchased a couple more.

Perfect size and worth the money
I have different sized pans similar to these however, these work perfectly for sheet pan dinners. Some things I cook on a large pan and that works well but my husband and I have different tastes. I like teriyaki, he likes soy, I like lemon on my chicken, he likes pepper. Now no one has to go without or compromise. Both of these fit in the oven at the same time and if I want to have fish for dinner and he wants chicken nuggets we are both fine. I can also cook a main dish and a side with ease. We don't eat off of them but I have been to a BBQ restaurant where they did. I would recommend them.

Fab line of oven-friendly pans!
Legend in my own mind home chef here. Made a thousand mistakes (some repeatedly), but seen enough victories to stay ‘in the game.’ And my cookware matters as much as my fresh ingredients and technique …From appetizers, puff pastry, and cookies to short ribs, chicken thighs, whole fish en papillote, and veggies, these pans are true go-to’s. Whether lined in parchment paper or used as a big ‘sizzle platters,’ they perform without complaint. They’re great liners underneath difficult to handle ramekins and au gratin dishes, both notorious for spilling over. The sides are just high enough to corral important juices and savory bits for making gravies. The pans distribute heat evenly edge-to-edge, and handle without the dreaded flexing. While I can theoretically fit multiple half-sheets in my oven, I prefer to use two (at most) quarter sheets because I’m never cooking beyond my family and modest parties. The quarter sheets are more versatile, and can fit flat in my sink for handwashing. Even the 1/8th-size pan is great for reheating leftovers or small side dishes. Highly recommend.Caveat: the sides are NOT high enough to cook a whole duck without ‘incident!’ But those of you whom already know duck, it’s assumed.Edit: Several reviewers complained how their pans looked after dishwashing. They don’t understand that aluminum cookware (which these pans are) and cast iron should NEVER be run through a dishwasher! The harsh acids in dishwashing detergents will discolor the pieces at best, and initiate the corrosion process at worst. For cast iron, it’s fixable with steel wool, lots of elbow grease, and painstaking reseasoning to restore. But for aluminum, there’s no going back. The best you can do from then on is to always use parchment paper below any food that comes into contact.
