Been using last 6 months with outdoor setup. Connected to internet via RJ 45 cable and cloud subscription enabled. No issues working fine

Though the camera successfully establishes a connection with the WiFi router, but it encounters a recurring issue of disconnection and subsequent reconnection every 10-15 seconds. This problem, however, does not manifest when linked to an alternative WiFi router. Regrettably, the root cause of this behavior remains elusive despite my efforts. Regrettably, the customer support provided no resolution, and it appears many other users are grappling with identical concerns.The camera curiously vocalizes the phrases "disconnected from WiFi" and "connecting to WiFi" each time it establishes or re-establishes its connection. This quirk is somewhat perplexing, given the desire for discreet security camera operation. A simple in-app notification would suffice in this regard. There is no way you can mute this announcement.Although equipped with motion tracking capabilities, the camera's performance in this area leaves much to be desired. Notably, it does not consistently return to its original position once movement ceases, prompting me to disable this feature via the app.Additionally, an unsettling occurrence transpired over the past two nights, wherein the camera autonomously adjusted its position slightly. Consequently, the recorded footage proved futile until manually restored to its initial orientation. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable.Regrettably, the camera's night vision capabilities fall short of expectations. The resulting imagery is marred by excessive graininess and a lack of digital noise reduction (DNR). Nighttime video quality appears lackluster and is exclusively viable within confined spaces or when supplemented with additional lighting. It is essential to note that outdoor use, even in shaded areas, is not advised due to the camera's lack of weatherproofing.The camera's remote repositioning via the app yields instantaneous physical movement of the lens. However, the accompanying video feed experiences significant lag, rendering precise control via the app challenging.Establishing a connection to the video stream proves inconsistent, characterized by laggy performance and an approximate 50% success rate. Subsequently, repeated attempts are often necessary via the app to achieve a successful connection.Last but not the least...the camera stopped working within 6 months of use and the customer care is of no use. Service center in Kerala is at Kochi and I have to spend more money to repair than the cost of the camera. So now I am using this as dummy camera.My sincere advice, please do not by this brand.... there are many brands who give replacement guarantee for 2 yrs... this camera is not worth. They have very few service centers and they refuse to replace

This product is a worth buy.I'm fully satisfied with the performance of this wifi cctv camera. The built quality is good. The quality of the video is good in day light and as well as in night time. The motion sensor and object detection works great. The 360 degree movement of the camera is cool smooth.The recording on the sd camera is also good and easy to replay and download. It captures video along with a decent audio quality. I bought another one for my entrance view and installed in my car parking.

Money waste reason1. Most frequent wifi disconnect2. Insert any memory card, that will stop working after 5-7 days.3. Always asking for cloud recording.4. Motion detection worka but doesn't return to its original point.5. Recoding will not be working in loop and many more small small issues which irritate.Picture quality is OKSetup was easy.360 coverage.But all this waste if it's when above negative points are there. I wish I could return these items.

Can not confirm about megapixel, quality is not as good in low light. I bought 2 but not very satisfied.

I liked the ease of connectivity of this camera to the phone as the camera I bought earlier was not connecting to phone and I faced difficulty earlier...video quality is amazing and we can also zoom the video....Voice transmission is also to the point ...it has the best quality features like night mode , alarm, motion sensing etcOverall it's a good camera for security, small buisness and so on

Clear vision and easy to install

CP Plus company is very bad product creating in the camera these camera is does not working after 2 days my camera is dead and does not customer service provided in any single charge so my suggestion is don't buy her CP Plus camera by another company camera
