Great Roaster
I cooked a 14–16-pound turkey following the instructions from the recipe in the book. I did preheat it, and I stuffed the turkey with celery, apple and onion. It was supposed to be done in four hours, but it was done in three hours. It did come out evenly cooked and tasted great. Don't forget to check with thermometer. It was wonderful to be able to keep the oven free for other things. Happy Holidays!

Love this roaster
I made the juiciest turkey I have ever had in this roaster. It freed up my oven for the sides as well. I won't make our Thanksgiving turkey any other way.

I had 2 turkey breasts for Thanksgiving. I used this roaster to cook them and they came out perfect. It freed up my oven and it did all the other cooking.

works great, I would order the smaller one though, this one is way to big to fit into any cabinet
