Really great iron and so easy to use. It is so nice not to have to keep changing the setting. The only negative about this iron is that you cannot wrap the cord around anything on the iron and it just hangs loose when put away.

The info booklet is not in English, so you have to use the images only. It's in EVERY other language. It takes longer then expected to warm up but it's great at ironing all materials. I went from cotton to wool to silk and there were no issues. It's larger then expected but that means you iron more material in one stop pass. The cable is a good length, unlike any previous iron. A good weight, so that helps remove creases. It currently costs £5 less than I paid a week before, and the price I paid was best on the Internet at that time. I do HIGHLY recommend it. Hopefully it'll last a long time, thanks to the long guarantee. I now don't dread ironing.

I’ve had better £20 irons than this! Thought because I paid a lot more (than I would normally for an iron) I was getting a good product! All this one has done is ruin my clothes and to add insult to injury, it doesn’t even iron creases out! There is no temp control so you are at the mercy of the iron … the bit that collects the calcium keeps falling out, it’s plastic and cheap looking, but what gets me most is the water just gushes out over the garment (and iron board) and any water that gets on your garment ends up leaving rust looking marks! (See photo)! Quiet possibly worst iron I’ve ever had and defo not worth the money - steer clear! I’d give zero stars if it would let me … I’m still on the hunt for a good iron … !!!P.S Also when first plugged in all that happens is the light flashes, it doesn’t heat u, but then if you unplug then re plug in it finally heats up … thus taking ages to heat. Quite frankly, worst iron I’ve ever had!!

Why on earth did I wait so long to get one of these irons. It’s a dream, no altering settings for different materials it very cleverly works it out. NEVER BURNS any clothing and it’s quite powerful. Takes lots of water and needs topping up but that’s a small issue compared to performance. Ironing done in such a short time compared to my old iron. Such great value as it saves time, not too heavy and is easy to use. Switches itself off after about 8 minutes of non use, brilliant.

I've had this iron for two years. It performed OK, although the steam function wasn't brilliant. I've been diligent with maintenance but yesterday it gave up the ghost. At this price I expected it to last longer.
