Sturdy, springy, reliable.
The best spatula for your Blackstone, way better than their branded stuff. It's sturdy, has a good spring to it, and makes the best smash burger possible

Flexible without staying bent
Bought a flat top grill and the utensils that come with it always bent near the handle. These are absolutely the best and should be your only choice. The flex without staying bent and do not warp.

Very nice
Good quality! My daughter in law had this in her kitchen and after a weekend with them, I ordered it. Love it ... meat, cookies, brownies ... super pleased.

Excellent quality.
Excellent quality. Not sure why the edges are so sharp. I cut myself several times, once requiring stitches, trying to show off for the family throwing this thing around like I was a professional Hibachi chef which I am not. It’s a great tool though. Made in USA.

Best I have found so far
I picked up two of these to use with a new griddle and these are way better than the griddle branded spatulas that you see. The spatula feels very balanced in the hand, this is something overlooked at times as your hand can fatigue with unbalanced spatulas while cooking a big meal. I have put these to the test with the griddle over the past couple of months and they still wash up and look and feel like new!
