Love the item and the company!!!! We got two of these book lights for our kids to use at night and in the car. They are sleek, rechargeable and have a variety of brightness options! We liked them so much, that my husband and I got two more for ourselves. 8 months into having them, one of the lights stopped working. I reached out to the company about it. They were a dream to work with. They were so easy to communicate with and shipped us a brand new one two days later. I was so pleased with the customer service and quickness of the support. I would HIGHLY recommend the light and the company. They are fantastic!!!

The last little booklight I bought was a disaster, as were the 2 before that. They didn't light the page properly, couldn't be adjusted so my eyes weren't bothered, and were a pain to use, in general. I read ALL of the reviews for this booklight, good and bad, and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered 2, fully expecting to return them. I LOVE THEM! Being able to change the lighting temperature to a softer, almost golden light helps my eyes when reading in a dark room, and being able to change the brightness of the light is absolutely great. The frosted lens reduces glare by 70%, which is also life-changing! It's not heavy or "gangly" so I don't feel like I'm wrangling a big light on my book -- it clips onto the book (I clip it on about 1/2" of the pages I haven't read yet) and doesn't budge. The flexible neck that the light is on allows adjustment that's perfect for you. And the cherry on top? The price is awesome! I couldn't be happier with this little light!

This little light is awesome; it has made my reading very easy considering I like very low light especially when I am winding down which is when I use it. I have not yet had to charge it and have used it for 3 consecutive days 30-1hour each day. I would recommend it, and it has different color options from warm light to white cool. It is stable and can easily serve as a bookmark while you read, you simply have to be mindful of alternating sides if you like highlighting.

I would give this five stars if it had replacable batteries. While the rechargable batteries allow for a slim profile, it means this device will have a limited useful life. That aside, it's a good looking unit. The head tilts down to avoid eye glair. The coverage is pretty good but falls off rapidly toward the bottom of the pages. There are 3 color temperature settings -- I found the amber (off white) easiest on the eyes. You really can't beat the price and if you're an reading enthusiast you'd probably be better off buying two of these so you always have one charging, ready to go. At 1.6 ounces, it's more or less "weightless." The clip fits firmly on a hardcover book but with paperbacks you're going to need to clip it to the last 20 pages or so, or fashion yourself a carboard insert to slip inside the back cover or behind the book. It's compact enough for a brief case or purse to carry for reading menus in dark restaurants. Men could probably clip it to a front pocket. It comes in several colors, although I can't imagine why you'd need anything other than black unless you're color coding for multiple family members. It comes with a very short USB A to USB C cable, which is a bit dated as most people have made the switch to USB C to USB C. If you don't want to buy a second unit then you may want to buy a very long charging cord as the unit does put out light while charging. The specifications indicate it will run for 80 hours but as there is no battery gauge. When the unit is charging there is a small red LED that turns off when it's fully charged. Wireless charging would have been a plus in order to keep the battery fully charged without having to hard wire to a power source. The clip is a bit too long as it makes contact with the lamp head when it's tilted down. Bonus: I think you could use this light for selfie videos too. It would light up your faces well but would have no effect on anything behind you.

Its a perfect little reading light. Not too bright and you can change the color of light as well as the brightness. Doesn't take very long to charge either. It's also very light doesn't weigh down paperback books either. I've dropped it a couple times and it still works great no issues.

I don’t usually leave reviews but as a book girly I had to let y’all know that this is the goat of book lights just get it I promise you’ll wish you’d bought it sooner

Why did you pick this product vs others?:An amazing reading light! I bought it for my boyfriend and he uses it every night. I go to bed earlier than he does but he likes to read before bed and this has made it so much easier.

I love that it comes in different colors that you can choose, the company wasn't lying about the brightness (I blinded myself on accident). I love the flexibility the light has and I live I don't have to move it to read the next page! I love the fact that it fits in my pocket or purse. I love the versatility of the light because it doubles as a flashlight so I don't have to wake my husband with our bedroom light to look for something!
