Good for fine motor skills
This toy is great for fine motor skills, it allows baby to practice grasping and if you have a baby that everything goes in the mouth they thought of that and put protectors on the edges. Everytime baby moves it, it makes noise which promotes engagement from baby. Great toy!

Sounds like a tambourine
My baby loves playing with this rattle. What I love about this is that it sounds legit like a mini tambourine rather than some plastic discs hitting each other AND mainly the metal discs are covered so that it does not hurt baby in any way.

I wish the rubber rings slid more easily on the handle but otherwise great. Hard to find a tambourine type toy that is safe for a 4 month old, so I'm very happy with this.

My Nephew's First Tamberine!!
I bought this toy for my Nephew Bam. His mother's side of the family members are avid tambourine professionals in church. So I thought this would be a great introduction to the instrument for him. Upon putting this toy in his hand it was like watching his birthright. He immediately shook the toy and made sweet music. He then began to use the toy for teething which leads me to believe it has a twofold purpose. I highly recommend this toy.
