Value for money safe vault
The media could not be loaded. The product came as shown in the picture and very good finishing and sturdiness as the weight of 10.24 kg itself suggests. The inside space is also very much sufficient for a household purpose. The operation is very smooth and easy.On delivery first time opening the door was jammed but then after contacting customer support they immediately logged a case and with in 3-4 hrs the technician called and helped how to open the door. There was some door alignment issue he found so he himself arranged for another technician visit who next day itself called for coming on site. So that reflects the quick service and good quality of support system also in place. All in all very happy with the product.

Cost is ok and serves the purpose, but little weaker in terms of quality
Product is of nice quality, worth the cost, comes with installation features, hand book is descriptive enough. Only thing that hit me was the knob. That's made of Fibre. I was assuming it was made of metal as well. Never the less, I would not recommend to go for, unless you don't have other variants of the locker

Door
The door of the locker does not run smoothly. It is touching the lower side frame. The lever of the lock is also not smoothly moving.

Good build quality and affordable
Good quality. Easy to set passwords. Used ozone hardwares before which were very good. Decided to go with it this time as priced well compared to other brands we used before. I guess they don't have service station in Odisha yet. Hope I won't need it, and seller would support when needed.
