I use this every night before I go to sleep and it helps to prevent my post nasal drip enough for me to get to sleep. It has no smell , no taste apart from a little salty which is to be expected. It lasts a long time but obviously the more you use it the quicker it will get used up. Great value for money and as with some other products the whole family use this I just ordered another one last night. Easy to use , you just put it inside your nose and push down the nozzle and it sprays water. You can also inhale to have more effect.

Great value for money + actually works
Most things I've used for my hayfever haven't helped but this really does clear out the nose. I use it in conjunction with medicine prescribed to me by my GP but it works wonders. You feel releif within seconds.

Post surgery support
Good product, really helping after nasal surgery, not particularly salty when using which is good and the spray function works well

Nice to have around but pretty pricey for the limited use it has
I suffer from pretty severe rhinitis and blocked nose all year long so I have long ruled out hayfever although I could well have a dust allergy or something which well, explains why it never goes away. I bought Sterimar last year but followed the bottle instructions to the T and found it didn't work well at decongesting my nose so I gave up on it and went back to Beconase (nasal steroid spray) and Otrivine (an over-the-counter nasal decongestant spray). Well after having relied on Beconase (nasal steroid spray) and occasionally Otrivine to decongest my nose (once a day every few days), I am starting to feel they aren't working well anymore. My nose is getting blocked once a day almost, and I am wary about increasing the dosage of Beconase and Otrivine after having read up on the dangers of such sprays - well Otrivine especially can damage nasal tissues permanently if overused or used regularly even... Fearful of now beginning to suffer from rebound nasal congestion (very common amongst people who rely on Otrivine and the like to unblock noses), I have decided to try Sterimar again after buying it a year ago but stashed it away because I thought it didn't work so well. This time by accident almost, I discovered a better and more effective way to use this product to unblock noses. My son has been suffering from bad sinusitis this week and as he is only 7, nasal steroid sprays aren't for him and I am wary of using Otrivine even though they do a "kids" version. So I tried Sterimar on him but as his sinuses were so bad and so clogged and swollen, I got him to lie down and sniff this solution in while I spray it in, and then sit up and wait a moment for the solution to thin out the mucus before blowing his nose and ridding his sinuses of greenish muck. I did all this without reading the instructions on the bottle and I'm glad I did because this method absolutely worked a charm at clearing and unblocking his nose and sinuses effectively..After a year of not using this, I had forgotten what the actual bottle instructions were until I read them properly tonight and realised it said not to sniff it in. But my son had already used it successfully to clear his sinuses, 6 or 7 times so far, sniffing it in lying down. So what harm can it do right? Well... I tried it on my blocked nostrils tonight. First time I did not sniff it in before blowing my nose. It did not really clear my nose and sinuses very effectively. I tried again a few hours later, this time making sure I tilted my head back and sniffed hard when I sprayed, so it got deep into my sinuses. I blew my nose and successfully blew out all the thick gunk in my sinuses this time. And voila, nose became unblocked as well! Now my nose and sinuses feel so clear and fresh... I will now always use it like this and if you have bad sinuses or blocked nose, I also recommend you use it this way - tilt your head back, sniff in as much of the stuff as you can when you spray it in. Sit up and wait a moment for the gunk in your sinuses to loosen up in your nose, then have a good blow out of your nose. I guarantee you it will work wonders and if you had been addicted to steroid nasal sprays and/or nasal decongestant sprays like Otrivine and want to kick the addiction, give Sterimar a go by using it the way I describe. Don't follow the bottle instructions..It might just do the trick for you as it did for me and my son. I'm so glad we don't have to rely on Otrivine again! And as for steroid nasal sprays like Beconase, I think they do have their uses. For example if I'm out for the day at a dusty place, it may not be convenient to have to use Sterimar to blow out my nose and sinuses every now and then. I might in those occasions, give myself 2 sprays of Beconase before leaving home. It tends to work for a couple of hours. But I'll probably try taking a bottle of Sterimar with me anyway so I can still have it for back up. Maybe I can one day ditch the nasal steroid sprays altogether too and breathe smoothly. One can only hope.

Simple but effective
Great for the morning routine especially during the hayfever season.

Worked For Me
I got myself into a bit of a spot. I got used to using some of the nasal sprays that clear your sinuses for a little too long (3 months) and my nostrils suffered things a bit too gruesome to go into here.Advice was to use this as a way of treating my damaged nostrils and after a week of constant use I am getting back on the mend. This simple, sea water based solution flushes (within reason) out anything that shouldn’t be there and moisturises dryness or infected nasal passages. Its natural ingredients should mean it’s safe for many of us. I’m using it 5 or 6 times a day. Easy to apply. Tilt head back and press the nozzle briefly, and blow your nose. I’m getting on the mend and thankfully no longer breathing through my mouth. Works for me!

works on me - seemingly best than the other nasal sprays
This is my favourite for the spring and autumn seasons, especially when your nose starts playing tricks on you, and nothing seems to work. Of course, you can’t rely on nasal sprays for too long. I find it to be very natural, yet effective, and it doesn’t irritate me at all. I seem to have ended up with quite a few bottles (not sure how that happened 😄), so I keep them at work and at home — just in case I need it!

Good product, bad packaging
I like the product but the package arrived open and the nozzle looked a bit dirty… There were also no instructions at all inside the box.
