I used this 7 Inch Hole Saw to drill into a 55-gallon metal barrel, and it performed way better than expected. The cut was smooth, and the saw handled the job without any wobble, overheating, or dulling. I took my time and used cutting oil, and it chewed right through the metal with zero issues. Definitely impressed with the quality—great value for anyone needing to make large holes in steel or similar materials.

Respect the tool. Works as expected. Cutting has held up under several uses so far. Stays cool when used with cutting wax. Easy to maintain control. Used on softwoods.

I bought this for my organization (Habitat Women Build) to cut out the hole for a range hood we were installing in a cabinet.The hole saw does a nice clean cut albeit not exactly 7 1/2, it’s just slightly less up to 1/16. I measured tooth to tooth and also on the underside and came up with 7 7/16.The hole I needed was 7” and this worked well.The orange coating is thick and the hole saw has weight and does not appear cheaply made.This hole saw comes with a drill and arbor but I have a Spyder hole saw set and the Rapid Core Ejection fit perfectly. I would say that their arbor looks better than most standard arbors.I was very impressed with the performance and would recommend this hole saw.

Cuts like butter! I have had 2 of the Milwaukee 6” hole saws and they bind and go dull after only a few cuts. This hole saw far exceeded all expectations. I will definitely buy another if this one ever goes dull. No binding, smooth cut, very little break out on the back side. Overall, an amazing tool.

Used it today. The 6-inch is a heavy chunk of metal. I used it to cut sheetrock to pull wires in a remodel, but it seems like it could deal with a variety of materials. You get the hole-saw, 2 drill bits, arbor, and the key to the set screw all in one box. And still better, there are well-placed holes to push out the cut piece.

This 10 inch hole saw worked like a charm! It is sturdy and well made. I found the openings very useful in clearing out debris and getting the job done. Make sure you have a strong drill and this saw will get the job done for you!
