Not sure how people can say this tastes good. The only way I can drink it is mixing it with my BCAAs that are also a fruity flavor or dry scooping but it’s too much powder to dry scoop so it’s uncomfortable to do so. But the flavor is just not it (it’s bearable but definitely not good) and also the powder doesn’t mix very well. Effectiveness wise I haven’t used it for a very long time but sure it does it’s thing.

Despite the title, I like it.It’s easy to drink. It tastes like lemonade with beet, but… subdued. It’s not at all unpleasant, it’s just like, ‘hint of lemonade and beet.’ It’s a gentle flavor, not nearly too sweet or tart by any means.As for the effects, I’m just gonna keep doing my thing. I walk about ten miles for my job four days a week, so we’ll see.For now, I can confidently say that it tastes pleasant, it doesn’t make me feel bloated or anything, it’s easy to drink, having some makes me feel more encouraged to focus on my gluts while walking, and I’m glad it comes in this kind of container and not those individual packets that are so wasteful.If I measure past 39” by 30 days, I’ll revise this review with another star.
