as i stated in my review, these run small. my 42" waist could hardly fit into their XLG size. my butt crack was showing. they hold great amounts of liquid, so order a size larger than you normally would.

Q: Can I use it for period?

It holds a lot of urine. If your period fluid is voluminous, it will work.
