I’ve been using the La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+ Gentle Foaming Moisturizing Wash for a few weeks, and I’m very impressed with its performance. It’s incredibly gentle on my sensitive skin and doesn’t cause any irritation or dryness, which is hard to find in many body washes. The formula is nourishing and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized without any greasy residue. I love that it's fragrance-free, which is perfect for anyone with sensitive skin or allergies.

it is must have in the bathroom if you have children in the house. Their skin will be so happy and so will you. No irritation. Very light texture. Very light scent. No soapy. Skin after it is fresh, clean, soft, and NOT dry. I love it and always gift it to first time moms as a baby shower gift.

I've tried many oil cleansers and this is the one I'll stick with. I have seasonal combination dry skin (dry all over in the winter, normal with dry T-zone in spring and summer). I've used Bioderma shower oil (the huge bottle, not the biosensi one which I heard was a good one but haven't tried it), Purito oil cleanser, manyo original oil cleanser, all types of Banila Co cleansing balms, Anua oil cleanser, and in the past 2 weeks, this La Roche Posay (LRP) oil cleanser. It's the only cleanser that neither dries out my skin nor breaks me out.Here's a crash course on oil cleansers: there are oil based oil cleansers and there are water-based oil cleansers. Sounds confusing, I know. When you read the ingredient list, if the first ingredient is water, it is a water-based oil cleanser, otherwise, it's an oil-based oil cleanser. Both types work by dissolving the grime and makeup on your face with an oil or lipid, then emulsifying that gross oil with water to make it rinse off clean and not leave your face greasy. The oil-based oil cleansers have to be applied on dry face with dry hands, then emulsified by adding a bit of water, then rinsed off. The water-based oil cleansers can be applied on wet face since they contain water already, and they tend to foam up (emulsify) very easily.Among the cleansers I've used, manyo, Purito, Banila Co, and Anua were oil-based oil cleansers. They are excellent at removing makeup and exfoliating dead skin. They tend to break me out though, despite me emulsifying them very thoroughly and double cleanse with a facial soap afterwards. Bioderma and LRP are water based and they don't exfoliate so well, but they also don't break me out. They do a decent job at cleansing my face. I don't wear makeup except lipstick and they can take care of that easily. I do wear sunscreen, but that's not something I can be sure whether they can remove completely or not. Bioderma is cheap but leaves my skin a bit dry. LRP is cheap, just not as cheap as Bioderma, and does not dry out my skin at all.TL:DR: If you have very dry skin that's not prone to breakout, and/or you wear heavy makeup, and/or you want an excellent exfoliator, use an oil-based oil cleanser (manyo, Anua, Banila Co...) Make sure you start with dry face, dry hands, massage thoroughly before adding a bit of water to emulsify, then then rinse off. Your face should not feel oily afterwards, but if it does, try double cleanse with a foaming cleanser afterwards.If you have dry-ish skin that's prone to breakouts, try a water-based oil cleanser (LRP, Bioderma, Cerave...). With these you can actually double cleanse with the same cleanser, in case it doesn't take all of your makeup off in one go.

I typically use the double cleansing method. I use coconut oil to melt off my makeup (specifically eye liner) and then a face wash. I read reviews about this one and decided to give it a try! This takes away the need for coconut oil, it literally takes all makeup and dirt right off! Also it doesn’t dry up my skin. Works so well!

The media could not be loaded. I will definitely be reviewing this cleansing oil positively. Ever since I purchased it - it showed me the ability to effectively remove all the makeup, dirt and excess sebum from my skin without stripping it. After each use, this particular cleansing oil is leaving me a clean and a soft feel. It’s showing a pretty good effectiveness so far. I only have been using this product for a month and already noticed that my skin became more clear, most of my acne faded, and I don’t have as many overall skin problems as before. It’s super easy to use it. Sometimes I apply it with my hands, sometimes I use a silicone sponge. Whichever works for you! I’m happy with both results. I will keep using it with no doubt. 100% worth the money.

The La Roche-Posay Gentle Oil Foaming Cleanser has some great qualities—it’s lightweight, non-stripping, and feels nice on the skin. It removes makeup and dirt well without leaving a greasy residue, which I appreciate. Plus, it’s fragrance-free and good for sensitive skin.However, I found that it doesn’t lather as much as I expected, and there is no oil in it. This is not what I expected. For the price, I was hoping for a more hydrating experience. It’s not a bad cleanser, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. It might work better for others, but for me, it was just okay. I didn’t find it effective but it has lasted a long time. I use it everyday just to get rid of it!
