I use this at night on my chest and neck, I have a great sleep.It also use it there if I feel like I'm coming down with a bug.

The oil smells very nice, however, it contains so many various oils (17 ?!) there's not much space for the actual ginger, lemon grass & rosemary as stated on the label so if you want to buy it for muscle recovery, buy the oils and make your own mix for the price.If you still decide to buy it, do yourself a favour and choose a different seller - instead of help when Royal Mail made a mistake and couldn't find my package for two weeks (but marked it as 'collected' which it wasn't - I experienced 0 help from the seller but abuse. Absolutely horrendous experience, can't even return it after all of this. Wasted money, wasted energy and some shopping trauma on the top of that. Avoid.

I ordered this Tisserand Massage oil having been won over by a Christmas present of one of the small roller-ball versions. How long ago that seems.As an older person I do find it hard to get moving in the mornings sometimes, and this oil is so refreshing and energising. The basic oil is sesame, and the combination includes jojoba, lime, orange leaf and coriander.Lime oil has been using by herbalists and masseurs for centuries as a treatment for morning lethargy.Coriander oil is interesting as it's particularly useful for the digestion and for the ennui that follows indigestion.Jojoba oil is really good for the skin and I have noticed that my skin has improved marvellously during lockdown - probably a number of causes but daily use of this oil has to be one.This product is nice enough that during the Corona Virus pandemic I've given up using chemically based perfumes entirely and start the day with this, instead.Tisserand as a company has my absolute support for it's ethical stance and this oil mixture is 100% pure, vegan, organic whenever possible, wild crafted or ethically harvested and free from parabens or synthetic fragrances.Love it, love them.

I've been using this product for over a year now and it certainly helps me to relax and fall asleep. I usually rub a little on the back of my neck and I also used it on a stiff knee which helped recovery. I like this oil and will continue to use it.

I love this product it is great value for money, not overpowering and goes on lovely its not thick and doesn't feel greasyI finished a year of chemo 2 months ago and needed something to help me get back into sleeping, from the first time I used it it worked, I went from 2 hours a night to 5,now on 7. I have bought the other sleep better products for 2 of my sisters they say it works for them as well. Thank you tisserand
