Excellent quality bars, good price - I’ll be back for more
These bars aren’t for everyone, they’re rather like a firm cake as opposed to other bars in this range. They taste brilliant and I snack on them during the day.I’ve said before but Kellogg’s is one of the worst offenders when it comes to Shrinkflation (Making things smaller and rising the cost) but the size of these, as far as I’m aware, hasn’t changed. The price in stores - that has. So here on Amazon you get great value for money.In terms of health benefits you’re looking at a cereal bar with chocolate - that should tell you all you need to know, there’s good stuff in these too and they’re good at helping you beat hunger.If you’re concerned about any gluten or vegan requirements I’d check the box, as I can’t give allergy information - but the main ingredient I care about is chocolate and there’s enough of that to keep me happy! They use whole grains in a lot of their products and I doubt these are an exception. But do check the box for the ingredients list if you have any concerns. I don’t think these are suitable for vegans but most of what you get is real, no sweeteners or nasty stuff.Other than that, these are a sneaky guilty pleasure that do keep you going!

Best discovery.
I ordered these via amazon pantry (amaaaazing) to put into my hospital bag as I was trying to find relatively healthy/filling foods for labour. Being 8 and a half months pregnant - I randomly craved them in the night and ate half a box.These are delicious!! They are like nutty brownies? Awful description but seriously tasty. They are quite filling and high in iron which is a bonus.

Recipe change
These use to be soft, yummy and really full of flakey oats. Now? Not much chocolate chips and not much oats. Had some the other day and they were hard and tasteless. Recipe change maybe? Won’t buy again.
