I really never thought I’d write a review about salt. When you open the package, don’t be alarmed that the salt is wet. It’s coming straight from the ocean. This salt is probably the tastiest I’ve had. It’s a great finishing salt and supposedly had a lot of minerals because it’s coming unrefined from ocean. It is expensive but it’s a big bag. I can’t speak to the health benefits as I’m not a doctor and didn’t stay at a holiday inn.

I’ve been use a pinch or 2 every morning and so far it seems to be great. My blood pressure has been good and stable and i haven’t taken any blood pressure medication in several days. I check my BP every morning and evening and it’s good. So I’m very happy with what it’s doing.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Chose this product based off YouTube video suggestion. I used to get headaches multiple times a week and now that I use the Baja salt they have dimished to only once or twice a month. I don't put the salt in my water, I put it on food or just dip a little bit on my finger once a day. But I also use the Lyte Show electrolyte drops in my water. Combined I feel completely hydrated and energized. Can't live without it now, yet I'll never have to purchase it again since one $20 bag lasts a lifetime!

This salt is amazing. I put some in water every morning and have had no problems with dehydration. Use on all my food. I have not had swollen fingers or ankles with this salt at all and have been using it almost a year.

Excellent Product. It is moist, so it's difficult in a salt shaker, but 9it's worth it. The taste is great but you don't need as much. This is my third purchase.

Love this salt. I definitely feel it when I don’t take it. Helps keep me hydrated, I lose electrolytes really fast, and the other minerals provide a great benefit too. I take daily before work and when I get home.
